By accessing or using Turnr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
Turnr is a photo management application that helps you:

Turnr offers the following premium options:
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process.

Important: When you delete photos using Turnr, they are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" album and will be permanently deleted after 30 days (or immediately if you empty that album). Turnr is not responsible for any unintended photo deletions. We recommend reviewing photos carefully before deletion.
Turnr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Turnr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or photos.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
